A Guassian CCF Fitter

This module is designed to fit a gaussian to the peak of a cross-correlation function.In it's current form, it uses a non-linear least squares fitter from the scipy optimize module.

Usage: ccf ccfilename {width}
If test is given for the filename, then will run a montecarlo simulation
ccfilename              Output filename from ccfsearch.pro
width                   Optional width parameter (in pixels)
